Jung-gu is a district in the heart of Seoul, South Korea. It covers a total area of 4.66 square kilometers and has a population of around 142,000 people.
Jung-gu is home to many of Seoul's most iconic landmarks and tourist destinations, including the historic Gyeongbokgung Palace, the bustling Myeong-dong shopping district, and the famous Namsan Tower. It is also the center of Korean finance and commerce, with the headquarters of many major corporations located in the district.

The district is well-connected to other parts of Seoul and beyond, with numerous subway lines and bus routes passing through it.
